Our team of consultants recruits lawyers at all levels of seniority for a broad range of companies, banks and financial institutions. We work on both a contingent and retained basis and represent some of the leading domestic and global brand names.  We also recruit for specialist positions such as senior company secretarial roles, heads of compliance and data protection specialists, as well as patent and trade mark agents.

We have a truly international team covering the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Asia, Australia, the United States, New Zealand, the Middle East, South Africa, Switzerland, Russia and central and eastern Europe. All our offices are headed by qualified lawyers who specialise in sourcing candidate lawyers in companies, banks and law firms.  Generally we source candidates through headhunting, through our own housestyle advertising, recommendations, networking and referrals.

We have run campaigns on behalf of many companies, banks and financial institutions. Many of our clients wish to target the recruitment market using both offline and online media with the aim of proactively focusing on individuals with specific skill sets who may not otherwise be looking to move.  In-house continues to remain a very popular career choice and many candidates see this as an opportunity to work more commercially in a business-oriented environment, as well as, in some cases, gaining a better work/life balance.  Our success rate in such campaigns approaches 95%.
