SSQ are currently partnering with an elite, New York headquartered practice in their search for high-yield bonds focused, capital markets lawyers to join them on an initial contract basis.

The firm themselves have navigated the pandemic well and are currently expanding in a number of practice areas, with the high yield team being front and centre of their strategy. They are internationally recognised for their market leading work representing first time issuers and focus on complex and often high-value bond issuance across a range of EMEA jurisdictions, being responsible for some of the largest cross-border US bond deals in the world.

Potential applicants must have passed the New York Bar and have demonstrable experience working in a high-yield bond team at an international law firm.
