This respected global law firm is looking to hire a corporate associate to join its Dubai office. The corporate team provides clients in the GCC and Asia with advice on a range of matters, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures and commercial law advice. Clients include financial institutions, technology start-ups, SMEs and entrepreneurs. You will work alongside a well-respected partner with an excellent reputation across the region, together with strong support at the junior level.

The firm is interested in speaking to England & Wales (or equivalent) qualified lawyers who have solid M&A and private equity experience gained in a leading international practice. The firm offers an interesting variety of work and client interaction in a collegiate and close-knit team. The career development prospects are excellent.
