We are currently working alongside a well-established, US headquartered practice in their search for an associate in energies and construction to join their London team on an initial 12 month, maternity cover basis.

The firm themselves set-up their London offices within the last five years and in that time have managed to establish a strong, Tier 3 practice within the energies space. They are currently very partner strong, with ambitions to grow out their junior, mid-level and senior associate capabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm well-known for its work in the sector and to work on high-profile, complex and usually multi-jurisdictional matters.

The role itself will be to work on a number of non-contentious, mainly transactional matters, specifically surrounding the construction and operation of:

• Off-shore drilling units and;
• FSPOs
