SSQ's Research team ensures that the firm's consultants and resourcers are equipped with the most comprehensive and up-to-date information on potential/current candidate lawyers and client law firms and companies.
The mandate of SSQ's Research team is to support the consultants on projects by providing information on industries, companies and individuals and to ensure that consultants are equipped with the most comprehensive and up-to-date information on potential/current candidate lawyers and client companies.
The role also involves admin and database management, helping maintain the company's extensive internal records on law firms and candidates.
The business has extensive demands for pure research and views desk research as an important part of its offering to both candidates and clients. Rigorous attention to detail, the ability to produce quality written work in line with an established style, and the ability to handle a heavy and multifaceted workload are essential.
We would be particularly interested in hearing from individuals who have gained research experience at a competitor firm or firms. Research experience from other employment or research-oriented degrees (e.g. psychology, law) would also be highly desirable.
Starting salary will be commensurate with your experience.
