SSQ strengthens capabilities in China
SSQ, the market leading legal search and recruitment consultancy, is pleased to announce the addition of Kenneth Tung as Senior Advisor, Asia Pacific based in the Shanghai office.
Kenneth will advise the in-house and private practice clients on their legal business strategy and various aspects including market entry, advancing their legal technology and process, as well as consulting on internal management issues, strengthening with team building and business restructuring.
Kenneth worked as Chief Legal Counsel of Geely Holding Group Co. Ltd and Greater China General Counsel at Kodak. His previous positions also include Legal Director/General Counsel in Greater China or Asia at PepsiCo, Goodyear and Honeywell. Kenny practiced law at Coudert Brothers in Shanghai and played a key role in projects like the GM Shanghai Auto JV negotiations and establishment.
In addition to Kenneth’s advisory role, David Huang strengthens SSQ’s in-house capabilities within the Shanghai office. David joins SSQ as a consultant, after gaining a wealth of experience from another legal recruitment consultancy for five years.
Working with the successful and established in-house team, David will align his experience with SSQ’s in-house clients including multinational corporations operating in China, fast growing Chinese enterprises and many well-known financial institutions and brands.
