Job description

This US firm are currently looking for a 2-4pqe Commercial/Tech/IP associate to join their growing team in London.

This role is a great opportunity for an associate looking to focus on transactional IP and technology work, as well as commercial contracts and data protection matters (particularly in the technology and life sciences sectors).

Desired experience includes

• Working in a transactional IP/IT practice group at a leading firm (magic circle, silver circle, US firms or other specialist boutiques);
• data protection (GDPR/UK DPA) experience;
• outstanding academics;
• versatility and a willingness to get involved in a broad variety of international corporate and commercial transactions within IP/IT and data protection;
• an entrepreneurial and ambitious mindset;
