Job description

Our client, one of the fastest growing financial services groups in Europe, is looking for a Company Secretary to join their team on a permanent basis.

In joining this central London based team you will provide company secretarial and governance support to a large number of listed and private entities. The team as a whole are responsible for:

  • Organising, attending and minuting board meetings;
  • Company records;
  • ad hoc project work;
  • Companies house matters;
  • Corporate Governance requirements.

Due to the mix of listed and unlisted entities, our client is ideally looking for an individual with listed experience within financial services.

Candidates must be fully ICSA qualified with a minimum of 8 years experience.

With a number of Assistant Company Secretaries and Company Secretary Assistants below you, this role will also involve some management and mentoring. Previous management experience is is beneficial though not necessary.
