A growing fintech organisation are looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their team as Legal Counsel.

Role Description

As a Legal Counsel within this growing team, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• Advising the business on all commercial legal aspects
• Drafting and Negotiating service agreements, vendor agreements and working with financial institution partners

Candidate Requirements

• 2+ PQE as a Commercial Lawyer
• Experience working in private practice firm/In-house
• Payments industry or financial services experience is desired but not a prerequisite
