Job description

This practice is one of the truly elite US firms in terms of their prestige and reputation in the market. As part of a very rare hiring push in the London market, they are looking to take a mid-level US qualified corporate associate (class years 2016-2018 ideally) to work largely on behalf of one of their major PE clients.

Working in a close-knit, partner-led environment, you will deal with the US law angle of the PE sponsor's transactions in London and internationally. You should have demonstrable transactional private equity experience and will already be based in the London market.
