SSQ is continuing to operate as closely to normal as is feasible in the current circumstances. In many of our jurisdictions people are currently working from home but they have access to all the information they need to help both clients and candidates. We are not compromising on the highly professional approach we always adopt to solving your talent issues.
Talent requirements are changing and we are doing all we can to ensure that we can find you the person – or position – you require. We have been successfully helping our clients and candidates transition from face to face interviewing to virtual processes.
The health and safety of people – whether our clients our candidates or our own people - is our paramount concern and we have at all times followed the relevant public health advice and will continue to do so.
Our consultants are keen to assist you with finding a new role or hiring talent for your team. You can find their contact details here:
COVID-19 Risk Assessment Statement
We have conducted a suitable and sufficient COVID-19 risk assessment for our London office and activities in accordance with Government and HSE guidelines and taken steps to ensure that we are compliant with the guidance set out in the Government’s document ‘Working Safely During COVID-19’. We have trained everyone in the new protocols ahead of them coming back into the office and we continue to inform, train and support our people as the guidance continues to evolve.
We encourage our people to take up their vaccination invitations, to test themselves regularly and participate in the Government’s Track and Trace scheme.
If you visit our office, we would ask that you comply with any visitor protocols we send to you and that you check in on arrival via the NHS app. The QR Code will be on display in our reception.
The risk assessments and guidance will be reviewed and updated as relevant information becomes available.
Our aim is to reduce risk to our people and our visitors by introducing measures to mitigate risk and ensure everybody's health, safety and wellbeing, both physical and mental, is protected throughout this difficult time.
Should you have any questions or concerns over the guidance issued or assessments completed please contact our Associate Director of Operations, Catherine Varley [email protected]
