SSQ are currently partnering with elite, US and City headquartered practices in their search for US capital markets lawyers to join them on initial contract bases.

The firms themselves have navigated the pandemic well and are currently expanding in a number of practice areas, with their US capital markets teams being front and centre of their strategy. All of our hiring clients are internationally recognised for their work on both high-value bond and ECM matters across a range of EMEA jurisdictions, being responsible for some of the largest cross-border US governed deals in the world.

Potential applicants must have passed the New York Bar and have demonstrable experience working in a capital markets team.
