Baker McKenzie has appointed leading corporate lawyer Michal Berkner as a partner in its London M&A practice.
Michal is a recognised transatlantic M&A specialist, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in complex, high-value cross-border transactions across the life sciences and technology sectors. Dual-qualified in the US and UK, she has advised on a wide range of strategic deals including spin-offs, joint ventures, unsolicited public transactions and IPOs.
Her arrival bolsters Baker McKenzie’s corporate offering in both London and across its global transactional network.
