SSQ is pleased to announce that it has advised long term client Kirkland & Ellis on another partner into its Investment Funds Group in London, with the arrival of Louisa Cobbe, a Real Estate Funds partner from BCLP.
Louisa Cobbe has extensive experience advising on the structuring, capital raising and ongoing operation of investment vehicles and funds, with a particular focus on real estate, including joint ventures, club deals and co-investments as well as indirect acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets and businesses.
Kirkland & Ellis’s London-based investment funds partner Christopher Braunack commented: “Louisa has a stellar reputation for handling a wide variety of complex real estate investment fund matters.
