The SSQ team would like to congratulate Spanish law firm RCD on the opening of their new office in Córdoba and the hires of Juan Pedro Dueñas as Commercial Law Partner and Miguel Espinosa Ángeles as Employment Law Partner.
We are delighted to have worked with RCD and their team on this project, which reflects their commitment to growth in the region and will be the firm’s fifth office in Spain!
Juan Pedro specialises in Commercial Law, with extensive experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Restructuring and Insolvency, as well as in the Energy sector. Alongside a degree in Law from the University of Córdoba, Juan is an honorary professor in the Department of Commercial Law of the same university.
Joining him, Miguel is a Labour Law expert with vast experience in business restructuring and reorganisation procedures, collective disputes and negotiation, labour litigation, and labour and social security inspections. Miguel holds a law degree, is an honorary professor in Economic Criminal Law and is a researcher at the University of Córdoba in the fields of labour, criminal law, and restructuring and insolvency. The two partners will be joined by a team of three associates.
