Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP has appointed Ning-Ly Seng as partner and head of its Paris Antitrust practice, bringing her and her team to the firm’s Paris office.
Ning-Ly is a recognised expert in French and European competition law, with extensive experience in merger control, antitrust litigation and state aid matters. She will lead Weil’s Paris antitrust team in close collaboration with colleagues across Brussels, London and the US, enhancing the firm’s cross-border competition offering.
