Anthony Tama, a specialist in high-yield finance, joins renowned global law firm White & Case as a partner in London, adding to the strength of its Global Capital Markets Practice and Global Financial Institutions Industry Group.
Tama comes with more than 20 years of experience, including 13 years as partner at his previous firm.
At White & Case, Tama will advise global investment banking firms, commercial banks, and public and private corporations on multijurisdictional finance transactions, including the issuance of secured and unsecured high-yield debt securities, syndicated institutional loans, and asset-based loans. He also specialises in acquisition financings, refinancings and comprehensive debt restructurings.
