SSQ, the market leading legal search and recruitment consultancy, is pleased to announce it has been ranked second in The Recruiter magazine’s “Hot 100”. The list ranks UK headquartered recruitment consultancies based on their gross profit per employee (GPPE).
SSQ has featured on this list since 2009, ranking in the top two for six of the last nine years, including being placed first three times. No other recruitment consultancy has achieved the same consistent success in the list’s eleven year existence. SSQ has also placed first on the rankings for professional services recruitment. It has maintained this leading position for six years.
This achievement comes after another year of expansion for SSQ. Headcount rose another 10%, bringing the business to a total increase of almost 70% over the last five years. To be able to achieve continued dominance at the top of the Hot 100 list with a backdrop of such expansion is unprecedented.
