Charlotte is a Resourcer in SSQ’s Private Practice Associate team, supporting consultants in identifying and engaging with outstanding legal talent across the UK market.
She works closely with the team on candidate sourcing, market mapping and research, contributing to the delivery of tailored recruitment solutions for our clients.
Before joining SSQ, Charlotte gained experience in marketing and brand management at several consumer brands. There she developed strong skills in stakeholder engagement, project coordination and content management, all of which underpin her approach to relationship-focused talent research and candidate care.
Charlotte graduated from Durham University with a First-Class degree in History.
