Emily is a Consultant in SSQ’s In-House team, supporting senior legal appointments across the London and Dubai markets. She focuses on Financial Services and Commerce & Industry roles, working with senior legal professionals including General Counsel and Heads of Legal.
She holds an LLB and brings more than 20 years’ experience as a legal professional and recruiter, giving her a strong understanding of the international legal market.
Emily is also an ICF-accredited executive coach and uses coaching frameworks to support candidates through significant career transitions. She is known for her thoughtful, relationship-led approach and for helping senior lawyers navigate complex moves into new leadership environments.
