Isobel is a Director in SSQ’s Law Firm Associate team and Interim team, focused on identifying and connecting talented lawyers with top-tier US, Magic Circle, Silver Circle and leading UK boutique firms, as well as leading global businesses.
Isobel takes an efficient and transparent approach to each search, working closely with clients to understand their specific requirements. She works across a broad range of practice areas, including corporate, banking, litigation, real estate and employment, and has extensive experience placing lawyers across sectors and organisations, from growing businesses to large multinational companies.
After graduating from Durham University, Isobel joined a large multi-disciplinary recruitment agency before deciding to specialise in legal recruitment when she joined SSQ in 2015. She has since developed extensive experience advising lawyers on their careers and helping leading law firms and companies identify and attract top legal talent.
