Laura is a Managing Director and leads SSQ’s UK In-House team. She joined SSQ in 2007 to launch its in-house business after working for another leading legal recruiter.
During the course of her career Laura has recruited into most markets, but has a personal focus on the financial services, private equity, insurance and professional services sectors, working with clients to establish and build their legal teams.
Laura provides market intelligence on matters involving recruitment, retention and salary advice and believes in building effective and enduring relationships. She enjoys continually and proactively expanding her long established network and feels the best results come from taking the time to understand what people are looking to achieve from their career long-term. She champions SSQ’s involvement in market initiatives such as the General Counsel for Diversity & Inclusion.
