Maddie joined SSQ’s New York office as a Resourcer in 2025, supporting the US team and playing a key role in connecting consultants with associates and counsel across the New York legal market.
Before joining SSQ, Maddie spent two years in sales and business development, following earlier experience in executive recruitment for C-suite and senior executives across finance, GTM and marketing. This blend of commercial acumen and experience with talent management gives her a strong foundation in understanding the needs of both clients and candidates.
With an educational background in Psychology and Marketing, Maddie brings curiosity, empathy and professionalism to every interaction. She is focused on building long-term relationships and is known for her tenacity and people-first approach.
