Poppy is a legal and governance recruitment manager based in SSQ’s London office, specialising in insurance, banking and FMCG sectors. She has experience working with clients and candidates at all levels and has built impressive relationships across the market. She is known for offering solid career advice, with honest and constructive feedback, ensuring her candidates find the right role.
Poppy is a graduate from Kings College University where she completed a BSc and MSc in pyschology and neuroscience which motivated her to pursue a career interacting closely with people. Prior to SSQ, Poppy worked across the legal and governance teams at an established recruitment firm for almost 5 years, managing both client and candidate relationships. She prides herself on being transparent, trustworthy and having genuine interest in the sectors and people she works with.
Poppy has led on Diversity and Inclusion objectives across the sectors and worked on creating inclusivity documents for major insurance firms. She has a passion for progressing the diversity of law and governance in the financial services sector.
