Rachael is a Senior Director at SSQ and co-heads the UK Law Firm Associate team.
Rachael works closely with leading UK and US law firms on hires from NQ to counsel/day one partner. She also has extensive experience advising firms on their strategic needs and conducting exclusive search exercises.
Rachael joined SSQ as a graduate in 2012, having previously read History at Oxford University.
