After completing his GDL, Saad spent five years recruiting lawyers in the London market with a boutique legal recruitment agency. Having progressed from Researcher up to Senior Consultant, his interest in the international market took him to the Middle East.
Saad has been based in Dubai since 2019 recruiting lawyers of all levels for top UK and US law firms, as well as in-house. He believes in building genuine long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike, and has developed a reputation for being honest and consultative.
