She plays a key role in identifying and engaging talented lawyers, assisting with market research, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from introduction to placement.
Before moving into legal recruitment in 2023, Sannia spent several years working as a legal adviser in both London and Dubai. Drawing on her first-hand understanding of the legal profession, she brings a consultative, informed approach to every search.
