Sona is a Partner and heads the German practice at SSQ.
Sona splits her time between Frankfurt and Munich, and focuses on recruiting partners and teams for law firms. She has been responsible for a number of the most high profile partner and team moves in Germany over recent years.
In addition, Sona has significant experience advising on the South African legal market and has been responsible for a number of partner moves for international firms there. With her in-depth knowledge of the market and her analytical and honest approach, Sona offers clients and candidates a true strategic partnership in achieving their recruitment/career goals.
Sona joined SSQ in 2005. Before making a move into legal search Sona qualified as a lawyer in 2001, and practiced as a Corporate/M&A lawyer at Allen & Overy in Hamburg and Shearman & Sterling in Frankfurt.
