Alana is a Managing Director who specialises in recruiting lawyers at all levels from associates and counsel to more senior partnership candidates for the leading UK, US and international law firms in London.
Alana joined SSQ in 2010 and has been responsible for assisting the key strategic growth of many of her UK & US law firm clients in the City, often partnering exclusively with them on their mandates. In addition, Alana provides consultative advice and information to her clients regarding their recruitment process, salary guidance and general market strategy.
Prior to joining SSQ, Alana trained and qualified as a commercial real estate lawyer, having originally completed her Hons Degree in Law & Accounting at Manchester University (where she obtained both a qualifying Accountancy degree as well as an LLB). She completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School with Distinction.
