In the community
Each year staff take part in our group CSR activity days. Over several days everyone from the London office attends a charity to help out.
We are also a regular contributor to interview training days at Smart Works. Smart Works is a charity which provides unemployed women with access to opportunities and training to help them secure a new role. Smart Works also gives them everything they need to perform at their best, including clothes, makeup and shoes. Each month one of our consultants attends a Smart Works workshop and helps the women attending by providing interview tips and techniques, giving them the confidence they need to present well and to get the job they want.
We also believe that modern employers have a responsibility not only for the welfare of their own employees, but also a moral duty to wider society.
Charities we work with
Work & Play Scrapstore
The charity supplies clean and re-useable surplus/waste materials otherwise destined for incineration, landfill or long-term storage to a wide range of schools, charities, community groups, arts organisations, students and families.
Fareshare
The charity saves food donated from restaurants and supermarkets and redelivers to those in need.
Royal Chelsea Hospital
The Royal Hospital Chelsea is the home of the iconic Chelsea Pensioners, who are all retired soldiers of the British Army. The hospital offers care and comradeship for veterans.
St Matthias Primary School
This is a primary school in Hackney. Volunteers help out painting the school ready for the new term as well as generally cleaning inside and outside.
St John & St James' School
This is a primary school in Hackney. Volunteers help out painting the school ready for the new term as well as generally cleaning inside and outside.
Smart Works
Smart Works helps unemployed women get back into work; giving women access to the right clothes and interview advice.
Macmillan
We support Macmillan particularly through their "World's Biggest Coffee Morning" campaigns.
Children in Need
Each year we support Children in Need with various fundraising activities around the London office.
