Ben is a Senior Director at SSQ and Head of our US West Coast business, where he combines his global legal and recruitment expertise to support US law firms and lawyers with strategic career and hiring decisions. Prior to relocating to Los Angeles, he was the Head of the London Private Practice team and has also worked in our APAC offices in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Ben has advised lawyers at all levels, with a particular focus on partner-level and other senior moves, across a variety of practice areas worldwide, including the US, London and Asia. He works closely with candidates from top global and domestic firms as well as elite US/Am Law 100 firms, the Magic Circle and smaller boutique practices.
Ben first joined SSQ after studying Law at Cambridge University and completing the LPC at BPP. He re-joined the business in 2018 following several years as a Corporate Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he worked on complex public and private M&A transactions.
