Valentina is a Manager in our Law Firm Associate team. She joined SSQ as a graduate after completing the LLB at the University of Edinburgh in 2017.
Valentina specialises in working with associates from NQ level all the way up to individuals looking for day one partnership. She is experienced in working across a range of practice areas and has executed searches with elite US, Magic and Silver Circle as well as leading UK based firms and boutiques.
Valentina believes that her value-add is information, working with the candidate to get to the heart of why they want to go to market and ensure that when an offer does come round, they can make a fully informed decision.
