Starting in legal recruitment in 2007, Matt joined us in 2013 from another leading international search consultancy.
In the last 17 years of his recruitment career he has acted for leading US and UK law firms on multiple high profile law firm launches, team moves and partner placements across the Middle East.

After completing his GDL, Saad spent five years recruiting lawyers in the London market with a boutique legal recruitment agency. Having progressed from Researcher up to Senior Consultant, his interest in the international market took him to the Middle East.
Saad has been based in Dubai since 2019 recruiting lawyers for top UK and US law firms. His current focus is on placing Counsels and Partners into law firms across the GCC, whilst also managing our Middle East Associate recruitment desk.
Saad believes in building genuine long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike, and has developed a reputation for being honest and consultative. Having solidified his reputation in the local market, Saad is now a go-to supplier for many of the most well established and prominent law firms in the region.

Todd is an Associate at SSQ based in Dubai.

Born and raised in the UAE and having worked in private practice recruitment in Dubai since 2019, Ryan is well acquainted with the Middle East legal industry and takes pride in being a trusted advisor to both his candidates and clients alike.
Ryan is a specialist in Associate recruitment and focuses on placements into leading global law firms across the region including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.

Having completed her LLB, Sadhbh relocated to Dubai and started her legal recruitment career in 2021.
Over the last four years, Sadhbh was a top billing consultant for a FTSE 250 listed recruitment agency in the region, leading the in-house practice and playing a key role in transforming their in-house business.
Since joining SSQ, Sadhbh has worked closely with our team on the ground and our global in-house legal function to build out our regional offering.
